Starting in 2018, Brannon Poe, the visionary behind Poe Group Advisors, will launch a one-of-a-kind leadership coaching workshop series designed especially for CPAs who want to grow their practice.
If you are tired of the daily grind and ready to take your accounting business to the next level where you reap the benefits of hard work and dedication, Brannon has the insight you need to realize a multitude of returns. He will take you through a thoughtful process that will allow you to define your big picture goals and to master them in order to operate a highly successful practice.
After decades of communicating and strategizing with thousands of accountants and personally facilitating the sale of at least 300 accounting practices, Brannon knows the difference between a CPA firm that runs well and a CPA firm that operates at a level of greatness.
This workshop series isn’t just for any CPA though and interested CPAs will need to apply. Workshop attendees will be selected from a pool of applicants and those who will be selected must have demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit and be open to new ways of doing business.
Brannon and his team will lead workshops that are incredibly energizing and rewarding. Participants will be closely connected to a small group of like-minded CPAs from across the country. This series is certain to open the door for peer relationships that will last a lifetime.

This unique workshop series will help accountants uncover what it takes to run a top-notch practice and learn how to increase the value of their work while working less. In order to participate, accountants will need to apply and go through a selection process. In order to keep the workshops intimate to allow for the most successful learning environment, the initial workshop series will be capped at 20. Future workshop series will be available but each will be limited to a small group.

This workshop series will be held in downtown Charleston with lodging accommodations at a special discounted rate for participants. The workshop structure has been developed with the hope that participants will enjoy the training and make the most out of the #1 city in the U.S. (of course that’s according to us and Travel + Leisure magazine). - Spouses and significant others are welcome to tag along.
