The Tax Season Benefits of Time Compression

Team work during tax season

Isn’t it amazing how much can be done this time of year. How can we be this efficient all year long?

Just today, we needed a video transcribed. We asked Google if there was an app for that and sure enough, we discovered Vocalmatic. We popped our video in and about 20 minutes later had a 3,000-word audio file converted into text in Word. Had we not been busy, we would have done it the hard way.

What are you learning this tax season? More importantly what lessons are you documenting, so you can get better and faster going forward? How have you improved your customer experience?

Accounting Practice Academy™ begins taking applications on April 15th. It’s more than a virtual course, it’s a select community of ambitious CPAs that are ready to work with other CPAs to take their practices to the next level.
