Randi a débuté sa carrière en assurance puis dans le domaine bancaire. Elle a, par la suite, occupé plusieurs postes de direction dans une importante entreprise canadienne de produits de consommation, en plus de jouer un rôle actif dans le processus de transition lors de l’acquisition de l’entreprise par un conglomérat international.

Elle a ensuite démarré sa propre entreprise dans le domaine des produits de luxe, en mettant à profit son savoir-faire entrepreneurial, depuis la conception originale des produits jusqu’à la mise en marché, et ce, en dirigeant l’ensemble des opérations.

Analytique et rigoureuse, elle utilise une vision 360, soit une juste analyse de la globalité et des spécificités de chaque entreprise et de ses intervenants. L’approche de Randi est d’adopter un rôle de facilitatrice de transaction. Elle sait être à l’écoute des besoins de chaque partie et intervenir de façon intègre et nuancée afin que le processus soit le plus harmonieux possible et se conclue à la satisfaction de tous.

Toujours à l’affut de nouvelles connaissances, Randi rédige actuellement sa thèse de doctorat sur les processus novateurs en comptabilité.
