The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of Accounting Practice Academy™, including any content, functionality and services offered through Accounting Practice Academy (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use, incorporated herein by reference. REFUND POLICY

The Accounting Practice Academy™ is a mutual commitment. We want you to be satisfied with your results, and we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the program. Accounting Practice Academy™ provides a 21-day money-back guarantee for the Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms:

In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 21 days of the first module being released, contact our support team at info@poegroupadvisors.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 21st day at 11:59 PM EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 21st day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

  • Requirement 1: Complete and attach your 80/20 Client Worksheet from Module 1.
  • Requirement 2:  Complete and attach your Goal Worksheet from Module 2.
  • Requirement 3:  Complete and attach your Practice Information Worksheet from Module 3.
  • Requirement 4: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 21 days following the release of Module 1. After day 21, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 21 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, Accounting Practice Academy™ will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. Accounting Practice Academy™ does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Accounting Practice Academy™ and Brannon Poe, CPA LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the 21st day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater, as well as any collection costs incurred.

Withdrawal: If, in the opinion of our coaches, you’re not contributing to the culture and forward motion of your cohort, we’ll let you know. If you’re still not able to actively participate, we’ll ask you to withdraw from the workshop. In this situation, there is no refund.

If you have any questions or problems, please let us know by contacting our support team directly. The support desk can be reached at: info@poegroupadvisors.com.

CPE

The Accounting Practice Academy™ is informal, unaccredited, and non-bureaucratic. We want to keep it that way. If you are taking this for official course credit for CPE, this isn’t for you.  If you’d like a letter to document your enrollment for possible consideration for CPE in your state or province, we’d be happy to provide that. Please direct your requests to info@poegroupadvisors.com.
