Buyer must be forward-thinking, open-minded, and enthusiastic about running a very different kind of accounting practice. Buyer will need to understand outsourced accounting and CFO services. An owner with strong public experience combined with forecasting and corporate CFO experience would be ideal. Buyer should have experience managing a good staff with some working remotely. High integrity, the ability to problem- solve and exhibit leadership will lead to a successful buyer for this firm.
