About This Practice
This long standing CPA practice is well-rooted in a prosperous region in southern Ontario. Provided services include a desirable mix of compilations (NTR’s & T2’s), some personal tax (primarily related to business clients), 11 reviews, 2 audits, minor bookkeeping, minor estate tax, and some consultancy. Clients are long-term and loyal. The client portfolio is comprised of a number of high-net-worth clients in stable industries. Reputation and referrals have built the practice with much future opportunity from the same. Staff are equally long-term, dedicated, and highly capable. Roles are well defined; workflow is efficient.
Except for high-level work, most work is delegated and readily managed by the staff. Clients appreciate the personable service that comes with the firm’s Team approach. Culture and dedication are strong as a result of the positive work environment and healthy work/life balance provided. Systems are industry-standard, current, secure, and offer the ability for remote work. The office has lease or purchase options (Seller-owned). Clients and staff enjoy a professional and bright office, purpose-renovated as a professional office.
Chatham and the surrounding area offer an excellent and growing small business market along with amazing lifestyle and cultural amenities. Proximity to the US also opens up possibilities for cross-border services.
