Fueled by a passion for business, Barbara started a tax firm in 2005 before successfully transitioning to the cloud in 2013. As a certified public accountant, she now uses her proven accounting and tax expertise to guide CPAs in search of their next ideal move.
In 2016, Intuit chose her firm as one of 15 finalists for “Firm of the Future” for her ability to embrace new technology and work with clients worldwide. In 2021, she contracted with Poe Group Advisors to successfully sell her firm, familiarizing her with our process from both sides of the deal.
Barbara has the experience and insight to assist business owners with achieving their goals, whether it’s expanding the business or transitioning to a new stage of life. She is committed to professionalism, integrity and building trusted relationships with her clients so they can find winning solutions together.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Barbara now lives in Texas, where she enjoys flying planes with her husband (her private pilot).
